VISIONER-ENTREPRISE

They trust us

We have been working with Visio Nerf in Germany for 2 years now and we are very satisfied with this partnership, because at Visio Nerf the support does not stop after the purchase! When looking for a 3D vision system, we decided to use Visio Nerf products because they are not just selling one product here, but starting with the initial consultation on a new project, the feasibility study and commissioning, until to qualify our employees for our end customers.

In addition, Visio Nerf has the most experience in the market, especially when it comes to bin-picking.

We really like Visio Nerf’s support beyond the box, whether it’s designing grippers or interfacing / programming with our robots, and the Visio Nerf team is there to help and guide us , Our employees were trained on the systems of Visio Nerf, so that we can work autonomously on projects. Nevertheless, we can rely on the technical staff of Visio Nerf if there are staff shortages and if necessary. Thus, we have maximum flexibility in the implementation of our projects. The team of Visio Nerf Germany is very binding, flexible and the reaction times are very good, really exemplary!

Christof Brockers – QsQ

The VisioNerf team supported me from the beginning of the project until the launch of our installation.
They are currently working on improving the location of the containers in our work environment to allow close to 100% of parts picking, whereas it was not in the statement of work.
The CIRRUS 3D solution works perfectly.
We have black and shiny parts, placed on blue, black or cardboard dividers.
Even with black on black, the new location capability is perfect. And that despite the large size of the container which is 1400mm by 1000mm.

Vincent Haby – PSA

Our need for competitiveness and better ergonomics have led us for several years to seek picking solutions for parts in bulk using vision solutions. Visio Nerf provided us with an easily integrated and configurable solution that easily adapts to different products for which we had no solution yet.
The management of the system was fast, whether for our company as a user or for our robot integration providers. When necessary, Visio Nerf technicians provided us with their expertise in order to achieve the performance goals and were able to provide relevant technical solutions to make the process more reliable.
We can now peacefully entrust our usual suppliers with the integration of the Cirrus3D bin picking solution without the need for them to have any specific vision skills. Visio Nerf works side by side with us today from the feasibility to the ramp-up phase for more and more projects requiring an effective 3D vision solution.

Julien BURGAUD – RENAULT LE MANS

For more than fifteen years, Feet engineering has created, designed and produced equipment material for different industries. In order to help with our achievements, assembly machines, machining tools, test benches and automated shot blasting units, our company was led to integrate robotic solutions almost systematically.

To date, we believe that this company is the only one able to offer a reliable, robust and economically competitive 3D solution on the market. We also encoutered a commercial and technical team with a real expertise. Their technical skills and commitment allow them to offer a real service, in addition to providing an exceptional solution.

Thus, through ongoing support from the VISIO NERF team, our robotized units become really smart, more and more efficient and adaptable to integration constraints.

In conclusion, VISIO NERF is about to revolutionalize robotic tools as their solutions truly increase the added value of an automated installation while maximizing the return on investment.

Christophe Meunier – Engineering.com

Based on an old sales relationship, we finally started a first project for the location of metal basket stacked on a pallet. The partnership with Visionerf initially allowed to validate the feasibility. Visionerf then helped us with the development of the location solution and its fine tuning. The exchanges were very professional and relevant.
CIRRUS 3D by Visionerf is an all-in-one solution, easy to integrate and very powerful. Ideal for our location need of stacked basket.
Visionerf was present at every stage of the project, pre-sales, R&D, production and tuning.
