Rack 3 Miniscope

The “low-cost” industrial vision solution

The Rack 3 Miniscope is a complete solution package (vision PLC/one or two analogue video cameras/one or two objectives tailored to your solution/Input-output board/cables, etc.).

With perfectly designed features and price, it allows you to integrate vision solutions into multiple situations, and this with a high degree of autonomy.

It will meet most of your specifications for relatively simple situations.


Rack 5 Visioscope

Standard and modularity

This standard modular range can manage up to 10 cameras in simultaneous (or non-simultaneous) acquisition mode, along with between one and three programmes in parallel

In the Visioscope family, this range offers a genuine “tailored” standard for modular application generation

3D Eyesberg

From real to virtual, from virtual to real

The Eyesberg 3D principle involves real-time association of a cluster of 3D points acquired by a vision PLC-controlled laser scanner with the CAD model of the part’s surface.

The software then requires only a small portion of the part to identify and locate the part in the work space.

This then opens up a range of solutions for meeting a broad range of requirements such as :

  • Bin Pickingg of one or more trays on which the parts are placed in a completely random manner
  • Tracking by a robot to finish forgings and castings for which you cannot control the burr or mating surface size
  • Search for a grip point on parts leaving the mould whose shape is not fully controlled (shrinkage, etc.) and whose position is random
  • In-line 3D inspection and measurement of defects, missing and excess material
  • In-line identification of one part from amongst several hundred in an heterogeneous flow

The Eyesberg 3D solutions are generic and open-ended; simply drive them by importing a CAD file in IGES format of the part concerned by your application.

Several Eyesberg 3D solutions can be combined on a single vision PLC (e.g. 3D identification/3D tracking, 3D identification/3D measurement) to meet the most complex requirements using standard tools.

The Eyesberg 3D Visioscope PLC is fitted with a “CAD engine” board, the CAD file for your part in IGES format is imported to this board.
